Refund policy

Due to the personal-care and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Orders may be canceled before they begin processing. Custom Tea Blends cannot be canceled once formulation has begun.
