This is a 30-minute conversation followed by a loose-leaf blend formulated for you alone. Together we move through three layers: the signals your body has been sending, the systems beneath them, and the support that meets you where you actually are. Drawing on traditional herbal wisdom and my background as a nurse, I'll translate what we uncover into a blend you'll genuinely look forward to drinking.

2 · Share — Once you're booked, you'll complete your intake form. The more you tell me, the more your blend can truly fit your life — and everything you share stays private.
3 · Meet — In our session, we'll trace your health history, current concerns, daily rhythms, and goals, naming the patterns underneath and the herbal approaches that may support them.
4 · Receive — Afterward, I hand-formulate your loose-leaf blend from herbs chosen to align with everything we discussed, and send it to you with simple instructions for weaving it into your routine.
